A variety of options

Dining out with a dietary requirement can at times prove challenging. Some menus don’t lend themselves to be tampered with, and there’s nothing worse than feeling as if you’re bothering the staff by making several adjustments to a dish. Whether it’s gluten free,

Must Try: Sam's gluten free Carrot Cake!

New team

Located where Beaufort meets Brisbane Street, Source Foods serves up locally produced,

Head Chef Tristan Crook still manages to dish up delicious vegetarian options despite being an avid meat lover, though he refuses to give it up completely. I have it on good authority the bacon and egg wraps are a hit, often selling out soon after opening!

If you're in a hurry, simply grab something out of the cabinet

Original options

Ever heard of a Tempeh Burger? I hadn’t, Emma informed me it’s the less processed version of tofu. The chef has managed to work it into a patty that’s so delicious it has people driving up from Mandurah to get two hands around one.

A retail section so you can take Source Foods home with you

Pound it out

Don’t be fooled, it isn’t just a vegan affair – those who love their coffee won’t be disappointed as Source grinds a custom blend by Pound Coffee With options including single origin, filter, and even cold brew for those all too hot summer days. Not to worry, those of you who haven’t discovered the magic of going black, the café has a range of milk varieties on offer; soy, coconut and almond as well as Bannister Downs for the dairy lovers.

The menu isn’t just confined to the walls of the café either. Source Foods are available for catering functions and make sure you keep an ear to the ground for new evening hours and upcoming dinner events.
