Head Chef Tristan Crook still manages to dish up delicious vegetarian options despite being an avid meat lover, though he refuses to give it up completely. I have it on good authority the bacon and egg wraps are a hit, often selling out soon after opening!

Ever heard of a Tempeh Burger? I hadn’t, Emma informed me it’s the less processed version of tofu. The chef has managed to work it into a patty that’s so delicious it has people driving up from Mandurah to get two hands around one.

Don’t be fooled, it isn’t just a vegan affair – those who love their coffee won’t be disappointed as Source grinds a custom blend by Pound Coffee With options including single origin, filter, and even cold brew for those all too hot summer days. Not to worry, those of you who haven’t discovered the magic of going black, the café has a range of milk varieties on offer; soy, coconut and almond as well as Bannister Downs for the dairy lovers.
